We will endeavour to resolve matters in a non-contentious way. However, pursuing an amicable resolution without any parameters, and in the absence of Court proceedings, can result in significant costs being incurred with no resolution being reached. Sometimes, it is necessary for Court proceedings to issue so that a framework exists which will encourage a reluctant party to deal with the issues arising in a non-contentious way by trying to settle the Court proceedings.
